Hi everyone,

I just requested a withdrawal yesterday via PayPal, I will keep you informed and let you know when I receive it.

This should let you know if this company can be trusted or not.

I've tried to send a withdrawal request by fax yesterday and got the following message:
Error at the end of send phase!

I've tried to send a withdrawal request by fax again today and got the following message:
Error at the end of send phase!

I've tried to send a withdrawal request by email to accounting@etoro.com today and got the following message:
The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full.

Well, what shall I say? Is this company another SCAM?

Thanks for your response.
As I mentioned on my post above, it has not been possible to reach you.
Neither by email (accounting@etoro.com) nor by fax (+ 44 203 031 1342) as according to instructions on your Withdrawal Request Form.

The only way to send you the Withdrawal Request Form along with copy of the Passport + copy of the Credit Card + copy of the recent utility bill files was by sending them all through your contact platform.
But then I had to send them three times in a row because your contact platform only accepts two files attached at a time and the required documents comprised six files.

I've got today an acknowledgement of my withdrawal request by email.
I'll let you know if and when I get my funds.
