Why do I get a message saying “username and password not found” when i try to login to eToro? Is anyone else having this problem?

Dear gradiva13,

There are two cases in which you can get this error. The first is when you enter the wrong details in the Username and/or Password fields. The second is when you enter your username and password in fun mode instead of real trading mode or vice versa.

I cannot login my real money account and the reason given is the same as in the case of gradiva13: "username and password not found".

My username in both the accounts (the real money one and the fun mode one) is regvalav and the passwords are different. I can enter the fun mode account, but not the real money one.

Please, help!
