Why Chinese user can not deposit to real account with paypal. I send

a lot of E-mail to etoro customer service.But all Have not been

answered.I also sent a E-mail to PAYPAL. They said I was a normal

account, It may be setting of the etoro platform for a problem.

Below is the responses E-mail of PAYPAL:
