I am just letting you guys to know how good these etoro people are in offering service and assistance to their clients.

1)If you are looking for help in the private chat and get into a chat with any helpdesk people they right away close the chat if you ask for help.

2)No point of sending emails to support@etoro.com. I sent as many emails to the so called customer service ID,but not use at all.

3)Etoro client software has some blunders in dealing with changing stoploss.Donot count on etoro and move away from ur computers.

4)Even if such thing happens dont try to contact any official responsible for the cause or looking for help.

5) Cause no one dont even bother to take care of you.Forget your money atleast you can save your precious time in trying to contact these people and sending lots of emails to their customer service reps.
