Hi everyone,

Well everytime I place a trade in my demo account I can't set up "MY OWN" Stop Loss or Take Profit values, I can't choose my specific amount of pips but instead the plattform decides that for me.

For example if I want to invest $50 in any pair in SL am going to have the following options: -$50 -$25 -$12.50 and the same amounts in TP (but with out the "-")
The thing is that I want to set up an SPECIFIC amount of pips, for example for SL -53pips and in TP 87 pips. Is that possible?? and if it is.... how can I do it??

Hi ! you cannot set it up by yourself ! eToro did it automatically and configure it in a way that limit your loss at what you invest ! so you can change you SL in the way of losing less than your investment but not beyond that amount !

Try using the EDIT function.

The losses is fixed to the amount set by etoro which you can see, editing only change to certain number but not beyond the limits etorro set. I know its kinda bad but you need to get used to it.

One reason to mind why they have the fixed limit is that where their pay coming from lol, put this into their expenses, they need money to make those trades one payment to their broker and another into their pockets lol if u know what i mean. But at the end of the day you have the choice to do the trade or not. How else can they make money from trading? Money coming in even if the trade is bad or good. Wouldnt you do the same if you were the manager? lol Cashflow is important.
