Hello All,
As stated in one of the previous replies, eToro has been upgrading its charts to provide better service to traders.
During the past few months eToro has made a giant leap in charting, those of you who have been here long enough to see the upgrades can try and remember what the charts looked like then and appreciate the extensive charting options which are available now.
The process is long and continuous, and we are constantly upgrading and fixing the charting system. Once we spot an error we immediately take every action to solve it as quick as possible and offer our real money traders the best solution for the problem.
Since the virtual money system is treated only after we finished making sure the real money system is error free (quite reasonable when you think of it) it may take some time to be fixed.
I hope this answers the question, and would like to stress out that there is a difference between demo accounts and real money accounts. the 2 systems are seperated for security reasons and problems in virtual accounts are handled after we make sure the problem is solved on the real money system.
Regards,
