Santoshtiwari suggested the following elsewhere on this forum and i thought that all his ideas were great and that we shouold vote on them. His suggestions were to have :

1. Audio Alerts for when a position is approaching Stop Loss or take Profit - so that the trader can increase or decrease the order.

2. Web and mobile phone enablement - a big feature and an important one for traders. To be able to log into eToro from anywhere, or to access it from a mobile phone would increase trder flexibility and activity.

3. Market Order feature - to automatically open a position at a pre-defined price. This feature can help a lot as it takes away the need to see in front on computer waiting for a a rate to open the position. you already have the stop loss and take profit , similarly this can give a lot of edge to this software.

4. Ability to export the ‘History’ feature to Excel - it is already possible copy and paste data from Withdrawal, Bonus and Deposit - but the date from one’s trading history would be very useful as an excel, CSV or html report.

I have voted for the Audio Alerts - this would be a great feature for me as I always have a lot of windows open on my computer and waste too much time opening and re-opening the Trade Box windows to see how my positions are doing. Or, worse, I get so absorbed in whatever I’m working on that I forget to check how the trades are coming along.

My second vote was for the Market Order option - I often see a potentially good trade coming up (that makes me sound like a very experienced trader - I‘m not,!) but cannot open the position due to other commitments away from my computer.

The web-based version of eToro comes a close third, I belive that there is a Beta version of the web-based platform available by the way.
