eToro – Forex Trading Forum

What’s your favourite eToro strategy? I started using Forex Match (now renamed as Forex Charts) and for ages it was all that I used. I kind of got into a comfort zone. Also, another member of this forum had outlined a strategy which worked really well on Forex Match.

This was a bit of a trap - it stopped me from experimenting with the other strategies on offer. But now I regularly use the Trade Box and, less frequently, the Globe Trader.

What dragged me out of the tug of war game? Well, I had found some fundamental strategies elsewhere - the ‘Three Duck System’ and’Lazy Trading’ for example (both reviewed fully on my blog - http://who-gives-a-forex.blogspot.com ). Both these systems are particularly good for newbies and I have used both successfuly on eToro’s Trade Box.

I haven’t yet tried Forex Trend or Forex Marathon - if you use these to trade please tell us why you do so and what it is that you like about them.

Hey, hello to everybody who has voted so far - quite an interesting picture is emerging. Ok - there have only been 15 votes, but the results are clearly favouring the Trade Box. I hope that the developers at eToro have seen this because it could influence their responses to potential new features suggested by eToro traders.

If you haven’t already voted - please do. If you have voted try to encourage at least one other eToro user to cast their vote.

I shall try sending PM’s to some of the more active people on the forum to get them involved with this poll.

Any ideas for other polls that would be useful/interesting for our future growth as traders on this platform?
