Here's my problem hope you guys can help me out and let me know what you think. Last month i made a deposit using paypal echeck 200 dollars. On Aug27th I received a conformation from paypal that my payment has been processed and automatically credited to paypal account of Etoro. Today is Sept4th i'm still waiting for my account to be credited.
I contacted the customer support by email and they said that " We did not get clearence from the pay pal when we will get it the money will be in your account"

What do you guys think ?

maybe there is a split between the PayPal accounts, I do not know wether it is instant, but since the support said they did not got it, I think they did not, maybe you can ask help for PayPal, and I am sure they can check it and give you an answer.

Yea i'll keep you guys post it . It takes about 8 business days for echeck to get through , and it's already been about 2 weeks. I do have a conformation from Paypal that my deposit has been transferred to Etoro's account.

in this case, I think you can screenshot it and contact with support of eToro :)

Since the last response " we don't have your money" from Etoro , i haven't heard anything from them, and my account hasn't been credited yet. I made a payment on Aug 19th with PayPal , 200 dollars were withdrawn from my bank account , and on Aug27th i received a conformation from PayPal . " Your PayPal payment by bank transfer to avi@retailfx.com for $200.00 USD has been processed and automatically credited to PayPal account of the payment's recipient. Thus, this transaction is completed. Today is Sept9th.
I hope that this matter will be resolved soon , and i'll post further developement.

Contacting customer support was useless, looks like my 200 dollars have disappeared into a black hole. I'm very disappointed with unprofessional conduct of Etoro. I'm closing my account here and i'll never use this platform again. It was a really bad experiance for me , and i'm sure i'm not the only one. I've already found a better and more reliable broker. It was actually a good lesson , do your research before doing business with online brokers.

My account was credited with full amount of my deposit . I'd like to apologize for doubting the work ethics of Etoro's team. I will continue to trade with Etoro , since i like the platform and services Etoro has to offer. Thank you.
